How to use Compress PDF

1. Select your files in the private workspace above. Supported inputs: PDF.
2. Review the settings, then start. The workspace uploads and processes your files on the server.
3. Check the output and download it. Delete files when finished, or let them expire automatically after one hour.

Useful to know

Conservative mode optimizes PDF structure. Strong mode also recompresses supported embedded images while leaving text and vector graphics intact. Unsupported image cases are kept and reported.

Scanned pages benefit most from strong mode. Already-efficient PDFs may not shrink; the smaller original is retained.

Changing a signed PDF can invalidate its digital signature.

Supported formats and limits

Up to 50 MB per file. Up to ten files per job; ordinary image and PDF jobs have a 100 MB combined limit. Outputs use PDF format. Busy queues may ask you to try again shortly.

Do I need an account?

No. Every tool works for guests. Your favorites and saved settings stay on this device and do not include file contents.
