A little help with your files.

My file won’t upload

Check the format and file limit shown by the tool. Image files are limited to 25 MB, PDFs to 50 MB, audio to 100 MB, video to 250 MB, and local text to 5 MB. The file extension must match an actual supported format. Corrupt and protected files may be rejected.

The result isn’t smaller

Files that are already efficient may not shrink. Compression tools keep the smaller original when recompression would make it larger. Strong PDF compression mainly helps image-heavy documents; it preserves text and vector content.

I can’t find my download on mobile

Open the download, then use Share → Save to Files or your browser’s download menu. If the embedded workspace behaves unexpectedly, use its “Open in a new tab” link.

Where are my earlier results?

Return using the same browser and workspace session. Server jobs recover after refresh while retained; completed files expire after one hour. Local text results are not saved when you close the tab.

The queue is busy

Wait briefly and retry. Media conversions are expensive and have their own bounded queue, while lighter tasks can continue separately. Each guest may have up to two admitted active jobs and thirty server jobs per hour.

Reset this device

Remove saved settings, pinned tools, theme preference, and recent tool IDs. This does not delete server files; use “Delete files now” in the workspace.
