Use files you are allowed to process

Only upload material you own or have permission to convert. Do not upload unlawful material or use the service to bypass DRM, passwords, or access controls.

Check your results

Conversion can change formatting, color, metadata, tracks, or quality. Document fonts and layout can differ. Review the output before relying on it, and retain your original elsewhere. Changing a signed PDF can invalidate its signature.

Limits and availability

The service enforces file sizes, decoded-output budgets, processing timeouts, per-guest admission limits, and queue capacity. It may reject malformed, protected, oversized, or unsupported files. Availability and conversion quality are not guaranteed for every file.

Temporary storage

ConvertAny is a conversion utility, not a backup or file-hosting service. Completed files expire after one hour and job metadata after seven days. Download your outputs before expiry.

Guest use

No account or paid subscription is required for the current tools. Browser preferences are device-specific. Abuse or attempts to access other guests’ files may be restricted.
